Kuntal Ghosh is a doctoral researcher at the Autonomous Interactive Systems chair at the University of Siegen. He has a computer engineering background, earning his bachelor’s (B. Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology in India, followed by his master’s (M.Sc) in Computer Science (Media Informatics) from RWTH Aachen University in Germany. During his time at RWTH, he worked as a student research assistant in the CSCW Research Department at Fraunhofer FIT.

His doctoral research focuses on human-AI collaboration in the future of work, beyond performance metrics, exploring the experiential aspects of work such as meaningfulness and satisfaction. He also co-supervises seminars and research projects led by Prof. Sadeghian.
